We would be pleased to introduce you to our staff of experienced Montessori instructors. Our lead instructors are trained and certified by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and have served with us on average about 12 years. One of them, who also serves as executive director, has taught in Montessori schools since 1979.
All of our instructors are sensitive and compassionate with each individual child placed in their care. Most have had, or currently have, their own children enrolled in our school. They bring a parent's perspective as well as that of a trained educator.
The Montessori class is based on a three year cycle. The child and instructor develop a deep relationship that grows year by year. This continuity, along with a low teacher-student ratio, nurtures the child's growing confidence and trust. A sense of well-being is created that leads to an optimum learning environment.
